SHIPPING

We offer fast shipping to anywhere in the continental United States, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Please allow 24-48 processing before orders ship.  

International Shipping

True Indoor CBD ships internationally to most countries where laws allow. If your country is on our list, any order you place will have the option to send to that country upon completion. If you do not see an option for your country, please email us at support@trueindoorcbd.com

At this time, all international orders are shipped via USPS OR FEDEX and take approximately 7-10 days for delivery (unless your address qualifies for other shipping options.)

Rates vary based on total weight and final destination. Pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local Customs office.

We will notify you of any complications with your credit card.

True Indoor CBD allows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase, and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.
